One of my last meals before the end of the spring term, I was glad to have some deep fried goodness. Menchikatsu! The steamed broccoli with mayo didn’t need to be steamed quit so hard and didn’t need quite that much mayo, though. Egg drop soup was a welcome change from the pork and cabbage soup we had all winter. That’s a frozen peach hiding behind the milk. It was dessert.
